Every action begins with a thought. Knowing who we are affects what we do. When we don’t know who are we open ourselves to behaviors that are inconsistent with our desires. Often, we are unaware that we are being inconsistent and we wonder, why me or maybe why NOT me? By knowing who we are we have the ability to make the choices that reflect our desires. So knowing is KEY for it shapes all that we do in life.
For the Gathering, we must know who are so that we function and serve out of purpose which will allow us to measure ourselves and keep us intentional in our direction. Based on our initial discussion of "who we are" at the Spragues, this list was compiled. We are working three value carefully and specifically each week.
